  • 4 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD VIDAL BLANC

LIMONCELLO MOSCOW MULES
  • 3 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD LIMONCELLO
  • 3 OZ VODKA
  • 1 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE
  • 4 OZ GINGER BEER
  • PLENTY OF ICE
  • LEMON SLICES

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. FILL GLASSES PLENTY OF ICE & GARNISH WITH LEMON SLICES.
  2. ADD LIMONCELLO, VODKA, FRESH LEMON JUICE, AND ICE TO COCKTAIL SHAKER.
  3. SHAKE WELL AND POUR INTO GLASSES.
  4. TOP OFF WITH GINGER BEER AND STIR.
  5. ENJOY!
AMALFI MARTINI
  •     4 OZ GIN (OR VODKA)
  •     3 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD LIMONCELLO
  •     1 OZ FRESH LEMON JUICE (1 LARGE LEMON)
  •     6 MINT LEAVES

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. COMBINE THE GIN, LIMONCELLO, LEMON JUICE, AND MINT LEAVES IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER. FILL 2/3 WITH ICE AND SHAKE FOR 30 SECONDS.
  2. STRAIN THE COCKTAIL INTO TWO MARTINI GLASSES, PREFERABLY CHILLED.
  3. GARNISH AS DESIRED WITH LEMON PEELS, LEMON WEDGES, AND MINT LEAVES.
LEMON DROP MARTINI
  • ½ OZ VODKA (CHOOSE YOUR FAVORITE VODKA)
  • ¾ OZ LEMON JUICE
  • ½ TO ¾ OZ SIMPLE SYRUP
  • ½ OZ HARFORD VINEYARD LIMONCELLO
  • LEMON TWIST

Instructions:

  1. GATHER ALL INGREDIENTS IN A COCKTAIL SHAKER FILLED WITH ICE AND SHAKE WELL.
  2. STRAIN INTO A CHILLED COCKTAIL GLASS.
  3. GARNISH WITH THE LEMON TWIST.
CUCUMBER GIN BASIL SMASH
  • 12 FRESH BASIL LEAVES
  • 2 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD CUCUMBER GIN
  • DASH OF LEMON JUICE (IF PREFERRED)
  • CUCUMBER SLICES
  • ½ OZ SIMPLE SYRUP

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. MUDDLE BASIL LEAVES AND CUCUMBER SLICES IN BASE OF SHAKER.
  2. ADD OTHER INGREDIENTS.
  3. SHAKE WITH ICE AND STRAIN INTO ICE FILLED GLASS.
  4. GARNISH WITH CUCUMBER SLICE.
LIMONCELLO MULE
  • 2 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD LIMONCELLO
  • 6 OZ GOSLINGS GINGER BEER
  • DASH OF LIME JUICE

FILL GLASS WITH ICE AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS – MIX – GARNISH WITH SLICE OF LIME OR SPRIG OF MINT

RASPBERRITA
  • 2 OZ TEQUILA BLANCO
  • 1 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD RASPBERRY LIQUEUR
  • 3/4 OZ FRESH LIME JUICE
VODKA LEMON STICK

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 2 OZ. VODKA
  • 2 OZ. HARFORD VINEYARD LIMONCELLO
  • 6 DROPS FEE BROTHERS OLD FASHION AROMATIC BITTERS (OR ANGOSTURA)
  • 3 KING LEO SOFT PEPPERMINT STICKS (CHECK AMAZON FOR AVAILABILITY), CRUSH 2 FINELY, LEAVE THE OTHER WHOLE FOR GARNISH*
  • LEMON SLICE FOR GARNISH
  • ICE

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. ADD LIMONCELLO INTO A COCKTAIL SHAKER, ADD THE VODKA, SIMPLE SYRUP AND BITTERS.  ADD ICE CUBES 3/4 OF THE WAY UP THE GLASS, CAP, SHAKE UNTIL THE TIN FROSTS.
  2. RUB A CUT LEMON ON THE RIM OF A MARTINI GLASS; DIP RIM INTO THE CRUSHED PEPPERMINT, COVERING THE RIM COMPLETELY.
  3. STRAIN THE COCKTAIL INTO THE RIMMED GLASS, GARNISH WITH A LEMON SLICE. SIP THROUGH PEPPERMINT STICK.
HARFORD VINEYARD FROSÉ

INGREDIENTS: 

  • 1 BOTTLE OF HARFORD VINEYARD ROSE
  • 1/2 BOTTLE OF HARFORD VINEYARD STRAWBERRY OR RASPBERRY LIQUEUR
  • 2 CUPS OF FRESH OR FROZEN STRAWBERRIES PUREED
  • 30 OZ BERRY PUNCH (MINUTE MAID)

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER – MIX WELL
  2. PLACE IN FREEZER – STIR OCCASIONALLY UNTIL PREFERRED CONSISTENCY

SHAKE HARD – STRAIN INTO GLASS – GARNISH WITH LUXARDO CHERRY

MARGARITA NEGRA
  • 1 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD COFFEE LIQUEUR
  • 1 OZ TEQUILA
  • 1 OZ LIME JUICE
  • .5 OZ AGAVE SYRUP

SHAKE WITH ICE – STRAIN INTO A SALT RIMMED ROCKS GLASS – GARNISH WITH A LIME WHEEL.

FRENCH MULE
  • 2 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD APPLE BRANDY
  • 6 OZ GOSLINGS GINGER BEER
  • DASH OF LIME JUICE

FILL GLASS WITH ICE AND ADD ALL INGREDIENTS – MIX – GARNISH WITH SLICE OF LIME OR SPRIG OF MINT

OLD FASHIONED
  • 1/2 OZ RYE WHISKEY
  • BARSPOON GINGER SYRUP
  • 2 DASHES OF ANGOSTURA BITTERS
  • 3/4 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD APPLE BRANDY
  • 1/3 OZ CINNAMON SYRUP

Instructions:

  1. COMBINE THE INGREDIENTS IN A ROCKS GLASS WITH CUBED ICE.
  2. STIR UNTIL CHILLED.
  3. GARNISH WITH APPLE WEDGES.
CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TRUFFLE
  • 2 OZ DORDA DOUBLE CHOCOLATE LIQUEUR
  • 1 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD RASPBERRY LIQUEUR
HARFORD VINEYARD SPIKED CIDER: CHILLED OR HOT

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 STAR ANISE
  • 4 CINNAMON STICKS
  • 8 CUPS APPLE CIDER
  • 1 CUP HARFORD VINEYARD BRANDY

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. TOAST THE SPICES: ADD THE SPICES TO THE BOTTOM OF A POT*. TOAST OVER MEDIUM HEAT FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES, STIRRING OCCASIONALLY, UNTIL FRAGRANT.
  2. SIMMER: TURN THE HEAT TO LOW. POUR IN THE APPLE CIDER AND BRING TO BELOW A SIMMER, JUST BARELY BUBBLING. SET A TIMER FOR 30 MINUTES AND REDUCE TO LOW HEAT (DON’T LET IT SIMMER).
  3. FILTER: SKIM OFF ANY PARTICULATE THAT RISES TO THE TOP OF THE POT USING A FINE MESH STRAINER (OR YOU CAN POUR IT THROUGH A STRAINER INTO ANOTHER POT).
  4. SERVE: POUR IN THE BRANDY (OR ADD 2 OUNCES TO EACH 1 CUP SERVING). IF DESIRED, GARNISH WITH STAR ANISE, CINNAMON STICK, OR AN ORANGE SLICE.
BRANDY OLD FASHIONED
  • 1-1/2 OZ CHERRY JUICE
  • 1 TSP ORANGE BITTERS
  • 1-1/2 OZ HARFORD VINEYARD BRANDY
  • 1 TSP ORANGE JUICE
  • 2 TSP WATER
  • 3 OZ SODA (7-UP / SPRITE / SQUIRT FOR SWEET OR 50/50 FOR SOUR)

SERVING SIZE = 1 EACH

HARFORD VINEYARD MULLED WINE

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 BOTTLE OF CRIMSON MOON
  • 4 CUPS APPLE CIDER
  • ½ CUP BRANDY
  • ¼ CUP HONEY
  • 1 BAG MULLING SPICE
  • CINNAMON STICKS & ORANGE SLICES FOR GARNISH

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. COMBINE THE CIDER, WINE, BRANDY, HONEY, AND SPICE BAG.
  2. HEAT ON LOW IN CROCK POT FOR APPROXIMATELY 1 HOUR, REDUCE HEAT TO WARM.
  3. REMOVE SPICE BAG.
  4. SERVE IN HEATPROOF GLASSES OR MUGS. GARNISH WITH A CINNAMON STICK AND / OR ORANGE SLICE.
