Nomad Fitness is back this month with an all-levels Pilates class!
Pilates is an enjoyable exercise that will help build core strength while focusing on breathing and balance. The class will be taught by local favorite, Lori Berry. Lori has a strong fitness background and guides a fun and well-instructed class. You'll love the famous "Lori-burn!"
