Pound and Pie!

Join us for a POUND workout followed by Wine & Pie!
A POUND Workout/Rockout is a FUN, ENERGETIC, full body cardio session. Using Lightweight drumsticks, the workout is intended to strengthen and sculpt your inner/outer thighs, and your forearms, chest, upper arms, and shoulders. After class, participants are invited to enjoy wine, snacks & time together.
* 50-minute Pound Class
* Glass of Wine
* An assortment of local cheese and crackers
* Bottle of Water & Essential Oil Towel
Participants may purchase additional wine, by the glass or by bottle. We’ll feature a different one of our tasty wine varieties and discount the bottles for class participants.
If class is canceled, your ticket is good for any other Nomad Fitness / Harford Vineyard class in 2023 or you may request a refund.
