Join us for a POUND workout followed by Wine & Pie!
A POUND Workout/Rockout is a FUN, ENERGETIC, full body cardio session. Using Lightweight drumsticks, the workout is intended to strengthen and sculpt your inner/outer thighs, and your forearms, chest, upper arms, and shoulders. (Check out this video —> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hG9oojzfJAc )

After our workout, we’ll enjoy wine & pie and the beautiful space at the vineyard.
There is plenty of room to spread out, outside or inside. Wine (glass or bottle) and Cheese Boards are available for purchase as well.
Ticket includes a 45-60 minute exercise session, water, pie, and a glass of wine.

If class is canceled, your ticket is good for any other Nomad/Harford Vineyard class in 2022.
Class will be held indoors.
